Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

At WITHHEAVENONUS, your satisfaction is important. Please review our policies before placing an order.

  1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

  • A fee of 6.9% + $1 applies for processing and payment handling.

  1. Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Initiate returns by contacting service@withheavenon.us.

  1. Refunds
    Refunds are issued if:

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Delivery is delayed beyond the guaranteed timeframe.

  • Proper documentation is provided.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed, shipping cost is customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds processed after item inspection.

  1. Exchanges

  • Replacement sent at no cost for carrier errors.

  • Customer is responsible for replacement cost if incorrect shipping information is provided.

  1. Limitations
    Refunds/returns not granted for:

  • Customer-related delivery delays.

  • In-transit items.

  • Custom or pre-order items (unless defective).

  • Unauthorized returns.

  • Lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Returns caused by customs or force majeure.

  1. Failed Deliveries
    We will attempt to contact customers using the provided email if delivery fails.
    No liability if contact fails or package is returned/destroyed.

  2. International Orders
    Customs or import duties may apply. Returns due to customs charges are generally not accepted.
